THE COMMANDO EXPERIENCE – will take you through an introductory session with The Commando, covering aspects of metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, weightlifting and ultimately sport. Before working out you will be assessed on the 9 fundamental movements that will gauge your level of General Physical Preparedness (GPP). After this you will be put through your paces with a workout prescribed to meet your level of fitness and experience.

Please note: Due to The Commando’s busy schedule, all Commando Experiences purchases between now and April 2012 will be booked and serviced from April 2012.
