Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes. All sessions at Get Commando Fit are fully coached and scalable, making them suitable for complete beginners.

What if I have an injury?

Our coaches modify movements and tailor sessions so you can train safely around injuries.

Most people train 3–5 sessions across the 7-day trial, depending on their schedule.

Bring comfortable training clothes, running shoes, and a water bottle.

If you enjoy the training, we’ll walk you through membership options. There is no obligation to continue.
