Ongoing Memberships
Ongoing memberships are designed for consistency, progress, and accountability.
Most members train 3–5 times per week and choose a membership that supports long-term results.
Unlimited Weekly Membership

Best for: Training 3–5+ times per week
Why it works: Consistency drives results. Unlimited access allows you to train regularly, build momentum, and progress safely with coaching every session.
This is the option most members choose once they’ve completed their trial.
3 Sessions Per Week Membership
$65 per week
Best for: Busy schedules or training around work/family
Why it works: Structured consistency without overcommitting, while still building strength and fitness week to week.
Family Unlimited Membership
$70 per person, per week
Best for: Families training together who want flexibility, consistency, and shared accountability.
The Family Unlimited Membership gives each family member unlimited access to weekly sessions on an ongoing basis. It’s structured like a standard membership, with the freedom to book and cancel sessions as needed — without losing credits.
This option is ideal for households that train regularly and want a simple, flexible setup without lock-in.
Service & Defence Unlimited Membership
$70 per week
Best for: Serving and former members of the Australian Defence Force and emergency services who want consistent training with maximum flexibility.
This unlimited membership provides full access to all weekly sessions on an ongoing basis. Train as often as you like, book and cancel sessions freely, and stay consistent without worrying about unused credits.
Student Unlimited Membership (Under 18)
$55 per week
Best for: Students under 18 who want to build strength, fitness, and confidence in a structured, fully coached environment.
This unlimited membership gives students full access to weekly training sessions on an ongoing basis. Sessions are coached, scalable, and designed to support safe progression, good movement habits, and consistency.
Train regularly without worrying about session limits, and book or cancel classes freely without losing credits.
Yearly Membership:
Discounted weekly unlimited sessions, valid for 12-months, one upfront payment, conditions apply.

Casual drop in Sessions
Casual Visit, Group sessions $35 per session, valid for 1 session.

Commando Kids – Casual Session
$25 per session
Best for: Kids who want to join a session casually without an ongoing commitment.
The Commando Kids casual session allows your child to attend one supervised training session in a fun, safe, and structured environment. Sessions focus on movement skills, confidence, teamwork, and positive habits — all delivered through engaging, age-appropriate activities.

Commando Kids 5 Session Pack:

Commando Kids 10 Session Pack:

10 Session Pack

Best for: Short-term training, irregular schedules, or those who can’t commit to weekly membership.
The 10 Session Pack provides access to 10 coached training sessions, valid for 6 weeks from the date of purchase. It’s a flexible option for maintaining fitness without an ongoing commitment.
